Sparebanken Møre has announced the progress of its Equity Certificate (EC) buyback programme, originally unveiled on October 30, 2025, and running from October 31 to November 21, 2025.

Between October 31 and November 7, 2025, the bank repurchased a total of 22,457 of its own Equity Certificates at an average price of NOK 100.8697 per EC. Following these transactions, Sparebanken Møre now holds 194,198 of its own ECs, representing approximately 0.39% of the total EC capital.

The bank stated that a detailed overview of all transactions carried out under the buyback programme during this period is available as an attachment.
