Alma Media Acquires Climatrix Reporting Service

Alma Media Oyj (ALMA) has acquired the Climatrix business from DirectionLab Oy, a provider of digital tools for assessing and reporting physical climate risks.

The acquisition involves an early-stage business and is not expected to have a material impact on Alma Media’s financial key figures over the next two years, according to the company.

This move strengthens Alma Media’s capabilities in sustainability and climate risk reporting, aligning with growing corporate and investor demand for robust climate-related data and insights.
