Bungal Hydro Limited (BUNGAL) has officially listed 83,00,000 units of IPO shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The listed shares include both promoter-held shares and those issued to the general public.

The opening range for the first transaction has been set between Rs. 100.88 and Rs. 302.64. Once the company signs an agreement with NEPSE, the IPO shares will begin trading in the secondary market the following day.

Out of the total listed shares, 17,01,500 units were issued to the general public at a par value of Rs. 100 per share, during the IPO subscription period from 16th Bhadra to 19th Bhadra, 2082.

These shares will be traded under the symbol “BUNGAL” on NEPSE.

This marks a significant step for Bungal Hydro Limited as it transitions into the public market, offering investors an opportunity to participate in Nepal’s growing hydropower sector.
