Kalgoorlie, Western Australia — SIBS AB (publ) has signed a contract with Baracus Pty Ltd to deliver modular components for a new 212-key hotel in Kalgoorlie, covering approximately 7,700 m².
Under the agreement, SIBS will begin design services procurement for long-lead components immediately, with final designs expected to be completed in November 2025. Production is slated to start in early Q1 2026, with module delivery scheduled for Q2 2026, and hotel completion targeted by mid-2026.

The development will include 212 rooms, a restaurant, gym, and meeting and function facilities, meeting growing accommodation demand in the Goldfields. Baracus is already experienced in the region, operating the 125-room View on Hannans Motel.
