Nepal Insurance Company Ltd. (NICL) has listed 65,76,967.76 units of right shares on NEPSE. The company issued 34.783% right shares (10:3.4783) to its existing shareholders from 6th Shrawan to 2nd Bhadra, 2082.

Before the issuance, NICL’s paid-up capital was Rs. 1.64 Arba. After including the newly issued right shares, the paid-up capital increased to Rs. 2.30 Arba.

As of now, the last traded price (LTP) of NICL stands at Rs. 544.00.
