Suzuki Access 125 has officially arrived in Nepal in its third-generation avatar, marking a significant update after years of minimal changes following its BS6 upgrade.
The new model is distributed by VG Suzuki, which has also refreshed Suzuki’s 125cc scooter lineup in Nepal for 2026, alongside the recently introduced Burgman 125 EX.

The updated pricing of the Suzuki Access 125 in Nepal is:
- Rs. 2,79,900 – Standard (Drum)
- Rs. 2,99,900 – Special Edition (Disc)
Previously, the scooter was priced at around Rs. 2.66 Lakhs, making the new version slightly more expensive due to upgrades in design, features, and refinement.
Design and Features
The third-generation Access 125 retains its family-friendly design but introduces a more refined and modern look.
Key updates include:
- Redesigned LED headlamp with chrome detailing
- U-shaped LED DRL on the front apron
- Revised body panels with improved durability
- Integrated rear fuel filler system with central lock access
- New compact LED tail lamp
The scooter continues to focus on practicality with a flat seat, spacious floorboard, dual front storage pockets, and luggage hooks. The Special Edition adds a USB charging port for added convenience.
Engine and Performance
The Access 125 is powered by a 124cc single-cylinder BS6 fuel-injected engine producing:
- 8.42 PS power
- 10.2 Nm torque
While output figures remain similar, Suzuki has made internal improvements including:
- New camshaft and crankshaft design
- Revised ECU tuning
- Improved air intake system
- Refined CVT transmission
These upgrades result in smoother acceleration, better fuel efficiency, and improved cold-start performance.
Ride and Comfort
The scooter maintains its proven setup:
- Telescopic front suspension
- Mono-shock rear suspension
- CBS braking system
Tyre sizes remain unchanged, and ground clearance is maintained at 160mm, making it suitable for Nepali road conditions.
Practicality and Storage
One of the notable improvements is increased under-seat storage, now offering 24.4 litres of space, making it more practical for daily use.
Instrument Cluster and Features
Both variants come with a new LCD instrument cluster. However, Bluetooth connectivity is not available in Nepal yet, although there are indications it may be introduced in future updates.

The updated Access 125 enters a competitive 125cc scooter segment in Nepal, offering a balance of refinement, comfort, and reliability rather than aggressive performance.
