The road show related to the proposed share issuance of Norvic International Hospital Limited under the book-building process was successfully held on Baisakh 11, 2083, at Kathmandu Marriott Hotel in Naxal, Kathmandu.
The event was organized by the issue and sales manager, Laxmi Sunrise Capital, with the participation of several qualified institutional investors (QIIs).
During the program, investors discussed pricing expectations, market demand, and valuation perspectives related to the proposed public offering. Chief Executive Officer Ajay Kumar Mishra presented an overview of the hospital’s operational performance, financial status, strategic plans, and future expansion goals, helping investors better understand the company’s long-term growth potential.

Following the completion of the road show, qualified institutional investors are now required to submit sealed bids mentioning the quantity of shares and proposed bid price to Nepal Stock Exchange within five working days, no later than Baisakh 21, 2083.
