Kathmandu, Poush 14. Mid Solu Hydropower Limited (MSHL) has announced that it will propose the distribution of a 15% bonus share to its shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year.

To approve this proposal, the company has convened its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 21, Monday. The meeting will be held at Manasrobal Party Palace, Old Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 1:00 PM.

Key AGM Agendas:
The AGM is also set to deliberate on several other important proposals, including:

• Endorsing a 0.7890% cash dividend for tax purposes.
• Authorizing the board of directors to amend the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A).
• Electing 5 directors from the promoter shareholder group.
• Appointing the company's auditor.
• Approving the institutional governance report.

Book Closure for Dividend and AGM:
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company will close its share transfer books for one day on Poush 13. Accordingly, shareholders registered in the company's records until the end of trading on Poush 9 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
