Kathmandu, Mangsir 25. Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) has announced a proposal to distribute a 5% cash dividend (excluding tax) for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The decision was made during a meeting of the company's Board of Directors held on Mangsir 22. The dividend will be distributed from the company's paid-up capital, which stands at Rs. 1,962,120,200.

It is important to note that this proposed dividend is subject to final endorsement by the shareholders at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The distribution will proceed only after formal approval at the AGM.

In the previous trading session, the company's shares closed at Rs. 700.00 on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

The proposal reflects the company's commitment to providing a direct cash return to its shareholders, pending the final approval at the forthcoming AGM.
